I'm hoping to someday print this blog out into a photo album using one of those genius programs that converts it all for you. It's the only thing that will ever count as "scrap-booking" or "journaling" for me. I've tried the original forms of those two... miserably failed! So thank the skies this modern form of history keeping has been created;) I'm posting a bunch of pics really quickly and randomly to catch up on the summer, making sure they make it in the future scrapbook.Truest form of Joy in life!
Caught one of those silly moments in time...
This was just another summer day, she was really feeling the dance groove.
I love to sit back and watch what she comes up with using her own creative mind.
She'll make a good Tahitian dancer, she'll make her mama proud:)
At the new Highland Splash Park. She's drop dead darling out there.
Another Summer day, we literally spent the majority of our time in swim suits at one place or another, even just in the back yard with the water running and the sun shining. I'm dreading the cold weather cause that means getting fully dressed again, I love the freedom of the warmth!
This is the look Teya gives when she's really excited about somthing... or feigning excitement... I lovingly refer to it as her "possessed stare."
Teya calls the bumps on a woman's frontal area "bee-boos." It was created when she was first learning to talk & she said the word boobies dyslexic.... and we've let the name stick. Anyone who knows Teya knows she has a powerful admiration for bee-boos, especially mine. I attribute this to her outstanding memory; she still talks about events we did when she was ONE year old! Anyway, wether it's a fond memory or just an appreciation for beautiful things, she really likes them and is eagerly anticipating the day when she's blessed with her own pair;) I know this because she tells me so.
"Someday, when I'm bigger bigger like you, I will have bee-boos too! Like this, BOOP! (makes a little gesture)"
She got tired of waiting and found a simple, though temporary, solution.
I opened our closed doors to find her like this. She used folded socks;)
The reason I think her memory is a powerful thing; More acute than most peoples.
It was really sweet though, she was loving her baby and, true to Teya form, nurtured and cared for her so tenderly.
Teya Cheri, you make me laugh AND you make me proud. You never cease to entertain and to melt my heart;)
