....I say "finally" because it seems like she's been three forever already. For about two weeks Teya insisted on having an Alligator birthday. I have no idea why or what that meant, but she got an alligator birthday none-the-less. It was a simple family party where everything was green and orange, even the food.
Her "camera smile" right now is so funny:)
Teya sees her Gator for the first time... That joy makes it all worth the little extra effort to make the little guy.
Fierce!
We had to document his masterfulness since in a matter of moments HE was the one being devoured.
I know you're wondering: Cherry chip with cream cheese frosting.
Ma cherie
Orange & green finger foods
Air guitar Teya! We put on some funky kid tunes and the girls started a dance party which lasted about 20 minutes...
...The dance moves were creative....
cute....
tiring.....
and TRICKY!
Singing Happy birthday to YOU
Huzzah!!
He's seen his last days...See ya! Cut and serve.
That's the way we do, the way we do.
Yuuuuum
"Heavy heavy hang over thy poor head, what do you wish with a BUMP on the head?" This is a traditional rhyme we'd say for all the birthdays. One hangs a gift above the poor birthday child, recites the rhyme, bonks them on the head, then the birthday girl says "I wish you a..." and has to give them a special wish just for them before she can receive the present.
Bump Bump!!
Bump!
"I wish you a PONY!"
Go Teya, tear that wrapping off!
I do love Panda Bears, I used to collect them as a child. This one hugs you back and drinks very noisily from a bottle.
We found it funny Teya got two baby animals that drink bottles... Jessie took the pony to take care of.
Doing what we do best, being Moms to the fake baby animals. Would one of us be baby hungry perhaps? Is Jessie preggers?
Um, NOPE! These will do just fine for now:)
